What does the contract show?
That’s what the technicians are there to do. Nothing more. Nothing less.
And as we all know, the Techs won’t be able to see everything.
If a person starts Engineering Evaluations, they are probably outside of
contract language for Inspection and/or Testing and /or Maintenance, PE or
FPE or not.
