I am not downloading any files and the disconnects occur sporadically on
both players but I can only get one or the other player to work when the
computer is off and not every time.
Bell does have a throttling scheme indeed, although I believe it is
only in effect certain hours(4:30pm to late night on week days for
example) and my problems persist all the time.
Not sure how I check my speed when the computer is off.
Almost ready to throw in the towel and it looks like Logitech is pretty
much ignoring me as it has been nearly a week since they were willing to
do any troubleshooting with me.
