Mnyb, Nothing else runs on the internet beside the main computer and the SBs. I am not sure what change improved things (it seemed to happen after I removed Avast) but I am finding that when I shut the computer down I can connect to internet radio on one SB (the other one comes up with the same message about connection problems) . After about 10 minutes I seem to get disconnected and then it may or may not reconnect. Teredo adapter appears to be related to IPv6. I uninstalled IPv6 and after running IPConfig/all in the cmd window notice that the Teredo adapter has disappeared. If I view the router settings for Internet connection it says that Bell (my ISP) subscribers should always chose PPPOE connection and that in fact is what is chosen on the router setting page. I guess I got a little nervous about posting the IP addresses when I noticed other posters had XXed out the last set of digits, sorry if this has made it difficult to see what is going on with my computer. I will see if I can borrow a friends laptop in the near future and try the connection.
