No, just put them in the router settings. That way all local network devices will use the OpenDNS servers.
It wouldn't cause harm to put them in your computer network adapter settings, but I would recommend to leave that blank. Any setting in your network adapter would override the router setting. (If you leave the router setting blank, the ISP fills in with its own DNS server.) So your best bet is to set in just the router. Your speeds look good! I only get 1.28 Mb/s down and ~330 Kb/s up. Rats!
