oops ,I miss-spelled that.It's task-laptop .I don't use the graphical
package manager but you can check manually(as root) with
dpkg -s task-laptop
As for sound I merely sugessted you write down what's in the BIOS and
then when rerun SAT choose advanced and use the values from BIOS.
I may have a couple of 1255's around and be able to look exactly on
Monday.
