The S900 came with a 2 or 4GB drive 50 pin SCSI drive and should be
several on Ebay anytime. And as mentioned very few people are using
them anymore so you are in luck pricewise. I think I paid $50.00 for
one several years ago and you can get them now for about $10.00.

Make sure it's a true 50pin SCSI and not a 68 or 80pin drive with an
adapter because they can be a pin sometimes. A 50pin SCSI ut of a Mac
will plug in and can be formatted using your OS 9 CD utilities and
install OS 9 with no problems at all. 2GB will be plenty of space for
a scanning station but 4GB would be better for Photoshop.

My favotite SCSI's are Quantum brand becuse I have had several and
they se em to last longer.
