If you drag a file and drop it into the Recycle Bin, Windows XP does not give you a prompt to confirm the deletion. You do get a prompt when deleting via a pull-down context menu, going to [File > Delete] on a window's menu bar, or the Delete button on a window's toolbar. You also get a prompt for emptying the Recycle Bin. -- David E.
