I used a program called v8020 or v2080 or some such to run CP/M
programs on the HX. PC-File and a spreadsheet of some sort as well
various CP/M archive utilities. Pretty neat.

Having lost my DOS drive on the 386 and a bunch of files off of my
root dir in Linux I no longer have any of the SimTel or Garbo
index files to consult (the HX itself is unplugged at the moment).
There was also a file or program that gives a tutorial/history/techinfo
or something on the NEC chips. Obtained from the same site/dir
that I got the ``emulator'' from.

Anyway, because of the V20 there's no need to run an emulator so
it's pretty straightforward. I think it was something like
`v2080 cpm_program_name'.
Oh, the utility puts the CPU in 8080 mode for CP/M.
I read the CP/M Fido echo and the sysop of the BBS (TANSTAAFL
on the east coast) added the CP/M newsgroup to my packet list
with the assumption that I was interested.
Fido: Cpmtech
News: comp.os.cpm

Time for me to bring the HX back online.

Ah, found it.
