Gunnar, the recent exchange about V20 chips caused me to check my most
current Jameco Electronics (www.jameco.com) catalog and they still have 2
different speed versions of the V20, but I think they are in the DIP
package. I have never seen the PLCC package. I would like to install a 387
coprocessor in my 386sx/16, but the one I have is in a multi pin package
and my socket is the PLCC (no pins) package. Is it possible to get an
adapter to install this coprocessor in the PLCC socket? By the way, the
V30's have disappeared from the Jameco catalog.
