Darren, what a find...a really exciting report. This oil is nothing more than cold pressed and well filtered oil (5um). NO degumming .
My understanding of de-centralised oil production in Germany (from German friends) is that it is very simple (KISS principle...Keep It Simple Stupid) and is basically cold pressed and filtered oil. No degumming is carried out.
