Catching up on threads so sorry about the delay. I personnally don't agree in limiting the amount of people and the horizon, people that are not "concerned" with Operations will maybe only attend one meeting and then understand that there is no really interest for them. Take also the case of "consultants" that don't actually operate a network but advise others on how to improve their operations, does that mean they can't come to the meetings?
I would prefer to pay a little, get a larger room, have 3 meetings a year and allow all the people that are interested in the content of the meetings to attend.
