Do we have any translation infrastructure in place yet?
Such as:
Pages describing how to access the "source" (markup) for the pages to be
translated?
A repository for terminology?
Otherwise, we'd end up having discrepancies. Such as http://sympy.org
saying "Einführung" and http://docs.sympy.org/0.7.1/tutorial.html saying
"Erste Schritte".
