It would be great if you can work on the old PR (as you may need the
code implemented there), but be aware, that it won't be trivial (and
it may take time to review it after you are done). You may instead
check for issues in our bug tracker
(http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/) that are marked with
easyToFix.

Last year Certik and Dr. Brian Granger were mentors for the quantum
module, but I don't know if they will mentor this year.
