Hi Grosso,

I'm not sure ASF INFRA would allow automatic mail addresses
subscription, so I am worried that you have to kindly ask people to
subscribe to new lists :(

For question number 2, I think that would be a good idea, since the
project moved to ASF there should be no much interest on subscribing
on a no longer active list...

+1 for Nabble.
