Keep in mind that we don't have fora at The ASF. We only have a mailing
list, which may not be the best thing for users. For developpers, a
forum is not teh right place to discuss about the project, that's for
sur, but for user, it would be a good idea to discuss if you guys want
you keep them.
Otherwise, I'm fine with the proposal.
