Hmm. I'm the only T&FN staff member (based near San Francisco) who has anything to do
with the Rankings. The other guys live in Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Ann Arbor, London,
Florence and Istanbul. And are not on the T&FN payroll.
We tried to get some consultants who were more "outside," but John Lithgow and the
rest of the "3rd Rock" people are currently unavailable.
