When an automated edit can fix 98% of things that are wrong, breaks 1%  
of things that are correct, and falsely fixes 1% things that didn't  
need fixing, is it good or bad?

My feeling is ZOMG!  Let's DO IT, NOW, but I think that you may  
disagree, and I'm wondering why you would.
