Now that I think of it, I don't lose speech very often. It is just that using WLM, every time I use ctrl R to reply to an email, I have to use ctrl alt W so I can read what I am writing.

It happens to me often on my new windows 10 Del Lap Top with WE 9.2. ctrl-alt-W usually brings it back but sometimes I have to wait a minute or two before the speech actually returns.
