Agreed.

OSM doesn't looks to me like a repository of any map with any conditions of 
the world.
What's next ? some layer with copyrighted data, some with geolocalized 
photos ? Better make this import available somewhere else as shapefiles, or 
whatever format and create a combined map of both.
