actually there is a different attribution requirement (already now) depending on you using OSM cartography (i.e. the mapnik map style and OSM data) or just the data (with your own style), so whether "data by" or another attribution makes more sense depends also which part of OSM you use in your map. cheers, Martin -- Martin Koppenhoefer (Dipl-Ing.
