Well with TB! you aren't limited to 6 colors. You may use any colour to
label a message. You may also label the message with a different colour
text and/or a different colour background. You may even do things with
the text such as make it bold, italicise, underline or a combination
thereof.

You may open the colour groups config editor by going to options message
list colours. Create a colour group. You may now associate that colour
group with any message/s by selecting the message/s, rightclicking on
the message/s and in the popup menu, going to 'colour groups' and
selecting any defined colour group.

What's even more exciting is that colour groups may be applied as a
filter action.

I don't see this happening with my Inbox which doesn't have any
sub-folders. <shrug>
