I think that's obvious. Someone has to say: 'stop! hold on! that's
enough!'. I the other case no program would be ever released.

I do agree with You, but beta tester is someone using beta verion of
program. I know, that even final version has bugs. But usualy program
creators doesn't take any responsibility for any damage caused byusing
the program. If You don't like it - don't use it!
What is beta different to full version then? Not many people seen it, so
it's not tested enough.

No, I would rather have bug free program but it's imposible! More code
means more bugs. Using this or that version doesn't mean I don't mind
bugs. It means (in my case) I'm curious about new version enough to
download it.
