Don't know about that part. I'd hate to get an e-mail from a spammer that modifies my filters to allow his SPAM to get through. Maybe a parser that would pop up a dialog box so that you can put a checkbox next to each filter you'd like to have imported (kind of like addressbook groups in the filters), with the ability to verify the settings of each filter in that same dialog box.
