Slug now can use yahoo and web2pop, or as G> you suggest above.. Good dig on this one. no problem, always glad to help out when I have a solution that works! Yahoo is at best flakey, they change their interface and web2pop has to redo their interface.... I don't think they like the idea that you are using their mail and NOT reading their ads ;) fastmail "seems" to be a good alternative ( at this point) because they have a PAY service in addition to the free accounts. That tells me they may be around for a while. I paid for web2pop, so hopefully I will always have access to yahoo mail too, but... you take FREE with a grain of salt ( sand?), it may slip away. I also have my own domain, and Allie was kind enough to direct me to his web page for setting up Mercury SMTP and POP servers, which I did. I tried postcast, but it seems to be a resource hog, it took FOREVER to boot up. Mercury is nice ( free), fast (free), and does the job!! and did I mention it is FREE?? -- Paul Using The Bat! v1.62/Beta5 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
