no problem, always glad to help out when I have a solution that works!
Yahoo is at best flakey, they change their interface and web2pop has to
redo their interface.... I don't think they like the idea that you are
using their mail and NOT reading their ads ;)
fastmail "seems" to be a good alternative ( at this point) because they
have a PAY service in addition to the free accounts. That tells me they
may be around for a while. I paid for web2pop, so hopefully I will
always have access to yahoo mail too, but... you take FREE with a grain
of salt ( sand?), it may slip away. I also have my own domain, and Allie
was kind enough to direct me to his web page for setting up Mercury SMTP
and POP servers, which I did. I tried postcast, but it seems to be a
resource hog, it took FOREVER to boot up. Mercury is nice ( free), fast
(free), and does the job!! and did I mention it is FREE??
