I've moved the list's folder over to be under the "web" account, and the filter also from "common" to "web" but as you can see the numbering is still there. A true puzzlement; perhaps I'll have to wipe out the whole folder and create it anew under the "web" account -- but if I'm going to do that I might as well create a separate account for the list.
