Ahh! OK, that makes sense. Sure don't disagree regarding the principles!

(Certainly paid my dues in crawling over, under, and around everything,
as well as dealing with incredibly tight cabling or physical access
constraints. And perhaps more than my fair share of muttered comments.)

Does make sense; we have a fair amount of HP ProLiant gear dominating
data centres for obvious reasons, as well as a few for my own team's
nefarious [and according to my Windows colleagues, quite heinous] UNIXy
purposes.
