Ditto on this. We used them for a couple of our Dell servers we had but it wasn't worth the overheat risk, so we didn't bother with the rest. Our Sun servers come with them as well with a bit more ventilation holes, but we haven't used them so I don't know if this modified design works better. It also depends on how much cable you're stuffing in there. The more you put in, the more it acts as a heat blocking wall.
