OCS may be of interest - 's Microsoft, AD integrated (obviously), federates to MSN, AIM etc., does video, voice, desktop sharing, text etc., does presence efforts across the enterprise and any contacts using MSN or OCS and any federated partners you've integrated etc. Not awfully expensive, differing levels of licensing including WebEx-like functionality with the Enterprise CALs.
