Well, that's hardly in keeping with the whole "freedom of choice" thing,
really.  As I said in another message: Simple is good.  Choice is good. 
(Freedom is good.) 

Besides, the OPL has variations (options) that get a bit complicated, as
well.  Picking one license and "leaving it at that" isn't going to
simplify anything.
