Because not everyone likes the OPL?  Would you believe that I find it too
restrictive?  If someone wants to make a profit by reselling my work, I'm
all for it.  It just means that my work gets a broader readerbase, which I
prefer.  My reading of the OPL makes me seriously doubt that this is
possible.
