Just to add to that - this list was those packages that
explicitly mention Apache::test in their Makefile.PLs as being
needed to build. There may be other packages that use
Apache::test but specify it indirectly via something like, eg,
mod_perl => 1 or Apache::src in the PREREQ_PM, since Apache::test
would be included in the distribution containing these modules.
To get an accurate list of those that explicitly use Apache::test
one would have to go through and build all packages that use
mod_perl (I could put together a list of those), for which
there's about 124. Perhaps just mailing all these authors would
be simplest, and let them decide if the change would affect them.
