In Yellowstone Park and Grand Teton National Park the speed limit signs,
outside of the little town limits, used to say "Safe and Prudent".  Does
anyone know if that has changed? For most of us that was certainly faster
than 80.

What about Wyoming.  I remember when they did not have speed limits, or
maybe I was just so young and dumb that I didn't think they had speed limits
and drove as fast as my little 4=banger would run.

IIRC, when I was in Vegas 2 1/2 years ago, the speed limit was 80 mph
on I-15 north of Clark County, Nevada. But then again, I've been known
to forget certain facts, and the aliens in Area 51 can play tricks with
yer head. Or maybe it was all that free booze in Vegas that played
tricks with my head...
