Hi, I use the jsMath plugin quite satisfactory (see http://mcard.tiddlyspot.com/, http://ehcuds.tiddlyspot.com/ or http://udsth0910.tiddlyspot.com/). It does not cover LaTex completly (I miss the possibility of using xy-diagrams- for this I upload jpeg images of diagrams previously compiled), but it does quite the job.
