It seems I have first generation of that card. And I was thinking to use that card as a source of 1PPS and 10MHZ - not to feed it from another reference. I though it is possible to do some "modding" to replace VCXO by OCXO.

are needing info for , IRIG/GPS..  Anyway,  all  that I glanced at
show an Exr. 10MHz ref input on pin 1 of the sub-D 15 connector.
Digital, 40% to 60% or sine, 0.5V to 8V p-p, > 10kOhm.
