I am in favor of the substantive change proposed by this draft.

However, I do not think that we should *adopt* this draft.
draft-ietf-tls-edhe-mlkem-04 is currently in the RFC Editor Queue and we
should simply change the IANA Considerations section of this draft prior to
publication. I recognize this requires a new WGLC and a new IETF LC, but we
can just do that now. Publishing a new RFC that does nothing other than
change the IANA Considerations section in a document which has not yet been
published is just unnecessary process.
