This draft does two things: makes PQ/T key exchanges RECOMMENDED Y (one proposed change adds all three to the approved list) It also does another thing, making traditional key exchange RECOMMENDED N, im another proposed change.
So are you suggesting the current draft, or the draft with one or both of the PR’s merged be integrated into the RFC-to-be?
