I would accept the first part, but not the second. If a player is connected to mysqueezebox.com, the player's settings definitely do not appear under the web ui's Settings > Players tab. The player will appear on the web ui's player dropdown list, but it will be clearly indicated as connected to mysqueezebox.com, whereas SBS-connected players will be clearly shown as connected to the local server. See the screenshots for examples of both (the top is what I get when trying to look at the settings for player "Basement SB2", which the lower one shows clearly is connected to mysb.
