Ah, now I think I've got it. That's the wrong menu path for what you're trying to do, but a very understandable mistake. That is the Touch's built-in server that is not running, not the SBS running on your PC. If you want to reconnect your Touch from mysb to SBS running on your pc, on the Touch's screen go to Home > My Music and you will be prompted to connect to your pc.
