A few things that sometime help even though you may have done some of them: unplug the power from your Touch/Squeezebox, wireless router and modem. Wait 10 minutes. Plug in your modem and router. Setup your Squeezebox by following the directions on the screen. If you are using WEP security choose the 64 bit level. Your passcode would have 10 characters. If you're not certain about the router security setting go back and enter the Settings page by using the startup disc or trying to enter 192.168.1.1 in your browser's address bar. Good luck
