Sorry if these questions have been asked before, but there's a lot of pages to this thread!
1. I notice in the 'limitations' section of the OP it mentions you must leave your DAC on when connected to the Touch via USB as hot plugging wasn't supported - is this still the case? 2. With asynchronous USB is this likely to pass a "cleaner" more accurate version of the signal to the DAC for conversion than using regular toslink SPDIF on a non-EDO'd Touch? Or is it just to enable another transport medium with no real (theoretical) increase in quality?
