connecting touch directly to PC won't ever work unless you've setup your PC to work as a virtual router (unlikely). The Touch needs to be connected to your local network (not the PC). This means it needs to be connected to your ROUTER either through ethernet or WIFI. The problem is not with IP address of mysb.com. Rather, the problem is with the connection within your local network. A few things to try. Turn OFF your PC, unplug your TOUCH and unplug your router. Then plug in router and let fully start. Then start PC and let fully start and LMS fully start. Last, plug in Touch again. p.s. To be clear, you do understand that simply plugging ethernet cable into a TOUCH doesn't switch it to ethernet connection. If it is working on WIFI, that means that it is setup for WIFI.
