Welcome to the forum Well I don't know. Why not do a fresh install. Go to Settings>Advanced Settings>Third party apps and un-install EDO. Factory reset the Touch by holding the small button on the back by the power input for about 10 secs. When the touch restarts complete the set up and then go to Settings>Advanced Settings>Software Update and do the update. Do another Factory Reset.
