For reasons I don't understand I could suddenly connect to mysqueebox.com. All I did was restart the LMS server but I had done that half a dozen times before. without success. Rebooting and powering everything off didn't work but suddenly it works!
What caused it to not connect before and now connect I have no idea. For some reason it wouldn't resolve any IP addresses even though I could ping mysqueezebox.com, and other sites, that it couldn't resolve from the PC running LMS. I'm totally lost. It makes me more convinced that I should move LMS and my library to a Raspberry Pi so that it is separate to everything else. In the process of trying to get it to work I have messed up my configuration and it's been so long since I set it up I'm struggling to get it back how I want it.
