This is a valid concern: support should not be confused with documentation. Support requests still belong on the mailing list or IRC, and should not be added as documentation topics. Now, the OP asked for a collection of Trac recipes, and IMO this falls under "documentation" rather than "support". There are already quite a few recipes on t.e.o, maybe an index page would help users finding what they need? -- Remy
