Speaking only for myself, as someone hoping to contribute more to the Sugar
/ OLPC localization community by trying providing some administrative
assistance to our over-worked Pootle admin, I am learning a great deal from
this thread.  I am most sympathetic with John's struggle to master a
new set of tools and while I can understand some reluctance to live out all
of the inevitible "newbie" mistakes in full view of the list, I am finding
it quite instructive.  I also find the willingness of Dwayne and others on
the list to jump in and provide assistance a very positive sign of a healthy
community.
