The only difference between the open-pc and the Penguin Wee was branding. The open-pc came with an old custom version of OpenSuSE that was branded Open-PC. It was meant to be a more libre solution. It wasn't ever going to comply with FSF standards though. This was not our doing. We only took care of the hardware.
