Joe Smith said this shortly before his death: "God is in the still small voice. In all these affidavits, indictments, it is all of the devil—all corruption. Come on! ye prosecutors! ye false swearers! All hell, boil over! Ye burning mountains, roll down your lava! for I will come out on the top at last. I have more to boast of than ever any man had. I am the only man that has ever been able to keep a whole church together since the days of Adam. A large majority of the whole have stood by me. Neither Paul, John, Peter, nor Jesus ever did it. I boast that no man ever did such a work as I. The followers of Jesus ran away from Him; but the Latter-day Saints never ran away from me yet. You know my daily walk and conversation. I am in the bosom of a virtuous and good people. How I do love to hear the wolves howl! When they can get rid of me, the devil will also go."

"What a thing it is for a man to be accused of committing adultery, and having seven wives, when I can only find one."
History of the Church Vol. 6, p. 408-412

This was said in 1844 the Polygamous D&C 132 was supposedly given in 1842. Joe lies again!

"...no man or woman in this dispensation will ever enter into the celestial kingdom of God without the consent of Joseph Smith."

Journal of Discourses, Vol. 7, p. 289.

DAVEH: So now you are going to repeat blasphemous accusations against the Lord of Lords and King of Kings, to try to bring him down to the level of your “messiah” Joe Smith, the adulterer? Isn’t that a bit low, even for a mormon??? Izzy

DAVEH:  Is that doctrinally (that he had not married) accepted by Protestants, Izzy?  Awhile back I watched a show on one of the arts channels (A&E, I think) about Jesus.  They suggested there was reason to believe he may have been married.

Blaine; I hear the JS was rich in wives. Unlike Messiah, who had none. Izzy
