An interloper asks whether this comparison is legitimate? A judge MAY be granted latitude, as many are. in sentencing for some offences. Perception also comes into play. Some who came late to the work force got paid the same wage as those who came early. They 'perceived' this to be unjust treatment.(based on a parable)
