Each translator has to take care to pull before commit. You are hitting a
problem a translator meets every day.

Then call it *pushing for use* and perhaps fix it later. It is the same as it
is for code.

This process is too complicated. You don't want to import 56 codereviews into
separate repos to test translations. Usually (user) testing is performed after
commit. Not only for translations.
