I have a client who is implementing snapshot backup method onto all of their windows 2003 servers. I suspect Universe 10.1 is not VSS (Microsoft volume shadow copy service) aware.
Does anyone have thoughts and suggestions the best steps the client could use with doing incremental live snapshots of the U2 database on Windows 2003 throughout the day using Microsoft Volume Shadow copy services.
